Workplace Interior is a growing interior design firm specializing in creating modern and efficient workplaces. We are seeking a motivated Designer who is skilled in both technical design and project coordination to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop drawings using AutoCAD.
Work extensively on Excel for BOQ preparation, pricing, costing, and quotation management.
Handle BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation and verification.
Manage pricing work, including material, freight, and air freight costings.
Prepare and share quotations with accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of design and procurement processes.
*Requirements:*
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, costing, BOQ formatting).
Experience in preparing BOQs, quotations, and costing sheets.
Ability to handle freight and air freight pricing.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Prior experience in the interior design or construction industry is preferred.
