We are seeking an experiencedFinance Headto lead our finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, team management, Statutory requirements and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Oversee collections and ensure timely recovery of dues
- Lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support
- Manage Statutory Compliances
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Graduate or Post graduate in financewith minimum 10+ years of experience in finance roles
- Experience in telecom industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
