About Airnet

Airnet is one of North India's leading distributors and retailers of air conditioning and home appliance brands, with multiple retail stores, a service network, and a growing B2B distribution business. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage Accounts, Administration, and HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts
  • Process purchase and sales invoices.
  • Maintain petty cash and expense records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate vendor payments and customer receipts.
  • Maintain accounting records in Tally/ERP.
  • Assist in GST documentation, audits, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
Administration
  • Manage office administration and facilities.
  • Coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance vendors.
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Handle office assets and AMC records.
  • Coordinate travel, courier, and logistics requirements.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Human Resources
  • Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
  • Assist in recruitment by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support employee engagement activities and performance review processes.
  • Maintain HR policies and employee files.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Accounts, Administration, and HR.
  • Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Experience in retail, distribution, or FMCG will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of GST and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with HRMS or ERP systems.
  • Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
