Job Description

Your Role:

To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting by maintaining integrity in accounting processes, safeguarding internal controls, and delivering high-quality support to stakeholders. The role aims to uphold transparency and reliability in financial data, enabling informed business decisions and adherence to statutory and group requirements.

Principal accountabilities:

  • Ensure accounting transactions in entities are recorded onto the relevant systems accurately and on a timely basis, in accordance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates financial control and oversight to ensure sub-ledgers and general ledgers are complete and accurate, balances are existing, complete and properly supported.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Provide data and explanations for the annual audit and review of local statutory accounts to allow sign off of local statutory accounts.
  • Provide high quality customer service to the business departments and business controllers, in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
  • Contribute to the compliance and internal control over accounting, taxation and reporting processes.
  • Follow other instructions given by Line Manager.

To succeed, you will need:

General accountabilities:

  • During all work activities observes policies, regulations and directives for assuring safety and protection of health and comply with policies and targets of quality, with the policies and targets of environmental protection and related procedures and directions
  • Keeps his / her working place and equipment in order and in line with the 5S system principles.
  • Shows an active approach towards broadening knowledge and qualifications.
  • Active approach to BPI and partnership building.
  • Follows internal guidelines of the employer and generally applicable regulations

Qualification: B.com/M.com, CA/ICWA Inter.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience
