Key Responsibilities
- Call clients to set up EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) plans and provide necessary guidance.
- Follow up with clients and students for pending or bounced EMI payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily account records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes efficiently.
- Track and follow up on overdue payments from students and ensure timely collection.
