As our Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our business, from bookkeeping to client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using MS-Excel to track income, expenses, and profitability.
- Manage client relationships by providing timely and accurate financial information and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations and maintain all necessary documentation.
- Handle email management, follow up with vendors and customers, and correspondence related to financial matters.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support the growth and success of the studio.
