Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Accountant to join our team at our Kolkata office. In this on-site role, the Accountant will handle essential financial duties, including maintaining accurate financial records, preparing periodic financial reports, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The individual will also oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, manage payroll systems, and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and tax compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as Tally, or equivalent platforms
• Analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Detail-oriented with experience in audits, reconciliations, and ensuring data accuracy
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
