We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Female Accountant with 4-5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. If you have a strong background in accounting and a passion for financial analysis, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Support the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
  • Prepare financial reports for management and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations in India.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
