QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4-5 years of relevant accounting experience.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTSProficiency in Tally software is essential.

Strong knowledge of Tax regulations and compliance.

Lead the monthly closing process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and income statement analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in end-to-end accounting and strong knowledge in finalization of accounting books

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Ability to handle 3-4 branches

Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Knoweldge in Import and Export would be an added advantage

Should have minimum knowledge in customs related processes

Provide leadership to the finance team, guiding and mentoring junior team members,
