What's the Role

We're looking for an Account Manager Social Media Marketing who doesn't just understand content, but moves fast, thinks sharp, and is obsessed with growth.

This role goes beyond managing timelinesyou'll lead content thinking, understand what's viral, and make real-time decisions based on data and instinct. If you can take a trend, build a brand moment, and drive results while leading your team with ownership, this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Drive platform-wise content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & emerging formats
  • Understand viral-worthy content: What works, why it works, and how to build it in real time
  • Apply performance marketing thinking to organic content - every post should push a metric
  • Use analytics to measure, learn, and scale content - what grows, stays
  • Own client relationships and manage internal teams with clarity, direction, and enthusiasm
  • Write clear briefs, ensure on-time execution, and guide content creators and designers
  • Lead reporting, insights, and campaign performance with regular growth updates
  • Bring energy and accountability to your accounts, you're not just managing, you're leading
What You Bring
  • 35 years in social media strategy, content planning, or digital account management
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific nuancesespecially reels, carousels, hooks, UGC, etc.
  • Quick thinking and creative instincts when it comes to trends, formats, and storytelling
  • Growth-first mindset: you know how to use numbers to tell a story and shape strategy
  • Experience working across multiple accounts and coordinating with design/copy teams
  • Leadership: you're proactive, organised, and bring people along with your clarity and passion
  • A love for brands, culture, and creative problem-solving
Bonus If You:
  • Have worked in a performance-led agency
  • Understand creator economy/influencer-led campaigns
  • Have built campaigns that went viral organically
  • Are skilled in reporting dashboards, Google Analytics, Meta Suite
