Spoorsislooking for an Account Manager focused on driving business growthby nurturing existing client relationships, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This position requires a strategic thinkerwho can balance customer satisfaction with revenue objectives, while collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Account Strategy & Expansion: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts by positioning the full suite of solutions.
Account Mining & Expansion: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue potential.
Strategic Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering solutions that enhance their business outcomes.
Process & Reporting: Establish structured CRM processes for tracking account performance, ensuring visibility, and maintaining accurate revenue forecasting.
Renewals & Negotiations: Lead contract renewals and negotiations, balancing customer satisfaction with revenue targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align solutions with client expectations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Project Oversight & Execution: Oversee project implementation, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery in line with SLAs and business objectives.
Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution: Monitor service performance metrics, resolve escalations, and proactively mitigate risks impacting customer satisfaction.
