Role & responsibilities

1. Managing stakeholders (Client Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, candidate management etc.)

2. Working closely with the client HR team and Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and then cascading to the back-end delivery team.

3. Understanding the requirements and then cascading the same to the back-end delivery team.

4. Participating actively in weekly Review calls with the backend delivery SPOC & Account Head and monitoring basis the plan to avoid any deviation/escalation.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience in Non-IT/Shipping & Logistics/KPO/Shared services/Finance & Account hiring

2. End to End Recruitment process Understanding

3. Coordination skills Backend for deliveries and with stake holders

4. Open to IC role

5. Complete recruitment cycle understanding from consulting background

6. Open to go to client side all 5 days

7. Has good experience in RPO role

8. Must be good with Data Management and Reports
