Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Thane. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, resolving client issues, implementing account strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue. The role also involves coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and contribute to the overall business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in account management, client relationship building, and customer success strategies.
  • Experience with market analysis, sales planning, and business development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with CRM tools.
