About The Opportunity

We operate in the digital advertising and influencer marketing sector, delivering creator-led campaigns and performance-driven social strategies for consumer brands across India. Our work combines talent partnerships, paid social amplification, and analytics to drive brand reach, conversions, and measurable ROI.

Primary title (LinkedIn-optimized): Influencer Marketing Account Manager

Location: India On-site

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns: scope briefs, plan timelines, onboard creators, and manage execution to deliver against client KPIs.
  • Source and manage creator relationshipsidentify talent fits, negotiate deliverables and fees, and ensure timely content delivery and rights clearance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery with creative, media buying, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment on assets, approvals, and payments.
  • Track campaign performance using bespoke dashboards and analytics; synthesize insights and recommend optimization actions to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Prepare and present client-facing reports, post-campaign analyses, and actionable recommendations to demonstrate impact and upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentationSOWs, contracts, influencer briefs, usage rights, and payment recordsto mitigate risk and streamline operations.
