Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Raipur. The Account Executive will manage customer accounts, oversee client communication, and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. This role includes preparing and presenting reports, analyzing sales data, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in account management and customer relationship management
- Complete know how of tally, erp, excel and GST
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports
- Experience with sales and business development strategies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the food processing or cold storage industry is a plus
