Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Surat. The Account Executive will oversee account management duties including maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing sales reports, conducting market research, creating proposals, and collaborating with internal departments to meet company goals. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and providing support to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Account Management
- Ability to conduct comprehensive Market Research and data analysis
- Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and developing Sales Proposals
- Capability to identify new Business Opportunities and assist in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the diamond or jewelry industry is an advantage
