A day in the life:
- Educate prospective customers on the value of Cin7
- Meet monthly new bookings quota
- Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound lead management
- Provide accurate forecasting and maintain CRM/data hygiene
- Engage in active listening, opportunity discovery, and professional proposal creation
- Conduct needs analysis to address customer pain points with our solution
- Manage customer expectations for long-term satisfaction
- Help improve sales processes and strategies
- Adapt to multiple workflows and challenges seamlessly
What you'll bring with you:
- 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment
- Ability to establish and sustain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients
- Empathetic, customer-focused, driven, challenge seeking, self-directed learner
- Consultative sales approach, using value-based selling, including strong negotiation skills and excellent follow-through
- Actively drive group synergy in pursuing collective goals
- Strong track record of quota achievement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with professional detail in a fast-paced environment
