We're growing fast and looking for a dynamic Account Director to lead client relationships, creative strategy, and campaign execution across some of the most exciting brands in the country.
This isn't just an account management role it's a leadership seat for someone who lives and breathes modern content, understands platform-native narratives, and knows how to translate brand ambition into work that sticks.
What You'll Own:- End-to-end client relationships across multiple categories
- Strategic thinking across brand briefs, campaign rollouts & always-on content
- Collaborating with creative + production teams to build 360 campaigns
- Writing proposals, owning decks, leading presentations & upselling ideas
- Building long-term partnerships and converting projects into retainer-led growth
- Managing budgets, timelines, delivery and internal accountability
You'll Thrive If You:- Have 58 years of experience in account management, preferably in a content-forward or creative agency
- Can confidently lead a client room and a brainstorm with equal energy
- Understand platform-specific storytelling (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Have worked on DVCs, branded content, influencer integrations, and IPs
- Are proactive, solutions-first, and unafraid of the occasional chaos
- Have a strong POV on the evolving content economy and what brands should be doing to stay relevant
