About the Role
We're looking for an Account Director who can own client relationships end-to-end while also driving new business opportunities. You'll be the strategic face of Brandmovers for your portfolio ensuring smooth delivery, proactive thinking, and strong client growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients and ensure seamless delivery.
2. Lead client strategy, briefs, annual plans, and campaign direction.
3. Spot BD opportunities within existing accounts and new sectors.
4. Collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Performance, and Production teams.
5. Ensure timely execution, quality control, and project profitability.
6. Present ideas, decks, and campaign recommendations with confidence.
7. Mentor junior account managers and strengthen client processes.
Skills & Requirements
* 8+ years in advertising/digital agencies managing mid to large accounts.
* Strong understanding of content, digital marketing, production, and integrated campaigns.
* Ability to think strategically while also ensuring flawless execution.
* Great communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
