We are looking for an AccountAssistant cum admin male/femaleMinimum graduate degree (any stream) B.com, minimum 1 year experience of having worked in an accounting or audit firm. with Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English, Advanced computer skills in Tally, Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, word excel, PowerPoint.

Job Responsibilities and Role
1. To pass day-to-day bank, cash, payment, receipt etc entries in tally and maintain excel summary for the same.
2. To prepare monthly BRC statement of the bank.
3. See day-to-day expenses and make vouchers for approvals
4. Pass petty cash entries
5. To work on Excel and Tally with good knowledge of accounts.
6. To prepare letters and reply to emails and communicate with clients.
7. To obtain quotations and make comparative excel quotations of suppliers and vendors.
8. To handle office administration work like attendance, statutory register, etc.
9. To do all office day-to-day activity-dealing with suppliers, vendors, and with the Tenants and to deal with owners and business associates.
10. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments of Owners.
11. To look after office AMC, Membership and insurance renewals
12. To be prepared and willing to do any work/Assignment as given by the management.
13. To read and respond to emails and letters and phone calls.
14. Should know how to communicate politely but firmly with clients, vendors, suppliers, and business partners/associates
15. Should have knowledge of obtaining and comparing quotations in excel of suppliers and vendors and present to Directors/ accounts Team.
16. Should know how To handle office front desk and staff and outside administration work.
17. Must have knowledge of Organising meetings and appointments for Owners/Directors and meet and greet visitors in a pleasant manner.
18. Should be flexible and willing to do any work/Assignment as given by the management
19. Should know how to Perform front desk/reception duties.
20. Must have knowledge and experience of Maintaining office records and filing systems
21. Will be asked to arrange air travel, visas if required, book hotels and transport of the Owner and Organise and maintain appointment diary.

Qualification, skill and years of experience.

1. Minimum graduate degree B.A, B.Com, M.com, from English speaking College in Mumbai. Knowledge of Marathi/Gujarati also an advantage along with good written and spoken English.
2. Number of Years or experience Min 1-2 years
3. Age between 18 to 23 Years
4. Working knowledge of computer systems MS Office, Word, Excel and if Tally accounts package, will be an advantage.
5. Experience in handling administration and basic accounting (Tally Package)
6. Well dressed and groomed persons with pleasant personality only should apply.
7. Preferably living between Colaba, Nariman Point upto Worli ot Dadar, Byculla, area preferred. Other candidates if suitable and exceptional will also be given a fair and equal opportunity.
