To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
To handle accounts receivables and account payables
To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing General office administration works
Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
To prepare, analyze and report financial results Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Job Requirements
Possess at least either degree / diploma in accounting or related background
At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
Able to handle full set of account Able or experienced in working with accounting sofware such as Autocount Accounting & Autocount payroll system
Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
Self-motivated Good interpersonal & communication skills
Able to join immediately or in short notice
