Role: Accolade PPM Consultant / Developer
Required Technical Skill Set: Accolade PPM, Portfolio Management, Project Lifecycle Management, Business Process Mapping, Integration (SAP, PLM, ERP), Reporting & Analytics
Desired Experience Range - 5+ yrs
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead or support implementation of Accolade PPM modules
- Configure workflows, forms, and dashboards based on business needs
Business Analysis & Consulting:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Map business processes to Accolade capabilities
Integraton & Data Management:
- Design and implement integrations with SAP, PLM, and other systems
- Manage data quality and migration activities
Training & Support:
- Provide end-user training and support
- Create documentation and user guides
Project Delivery:
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
- Provide regular status updates to project leadership
Required skills:
- Hands-on experience with Sopheon Accolade PPM platform
- Strong understanding of Portfolio and Project Management processes
- Experience in configuring Accolade modules (e.g., Roadmapping, Idea Management, Resource Planning) Ability to translate business requirements into Accolade configurations
- Experience in data migration and integration with enterprise systems (SAP, PLM, ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Good to have:
- Experience with Accolade APIs and scripting
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Exposure to innovation management and product lifecycle processes
