Role Summary

QuintEdge, an ACCA Gold Learning Partner, is hiring an ACCA Faculty member for its upcoming Bangalore campus. The role involves delivering live classroom and online instruction across ACCA papers, building high-quality teaching content, and supporting students through their ACCA journey.

Key Responsibilities

•    Deliver live classroom and online sessions across assigned ACCA Knowledge / Skills / Professional level papers

•    Record lecture and revision videos for QuintEdge's content library as required

•    Prepare and update lecture content, presentations, and practice question banks aligned with the current ACCA syllabus

•    Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and mock exams

•    Evaluate student performance through assignments and mock tests, providing structured feedback

•    Collaborate with the ACCA Program Head and content team to maintain content and delivery quality standards

•    Track ACCA syllabus updates each cycle and revise teaching material accordingly

•    Support students with queries on exam-entry timelines and paper sequencing as needed

Requirements

•    Minimum 2 years of teaching/training experience in ACCA or a related professional accounting qualification

•    ACCA Member or Affiliate (all papers cleared) strongly preferred; candidates who have cleared relevant Skills / Professional level papers with a strong academic record and demonstrated teaching aptitude will also be considered

•    CA, CPA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification is an added advantage

•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

•    Excellent communication and classroom delivery skills

Compensation

Rs. 80,000 – Rs. 1,00,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
