Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational programs.
• Understand students academic backgrounds, career goals, and learning requirements.
• Guide students in selecting suitable courses and programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Explain course features, curriculum, fee structure, and admission process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Resolve student queries and provide excellent customer service throughout the enrollment journey.

• Strong counseling and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Education Sales preferred.
