Job Title- Academic Counselor (US shift)
Location- Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Shift- Night shift
Experience: 6 months-3 years in sales, customer support and client facing roles.
Freshers with excellent Communication skills(especially spoken english) are also encouraged to apply.
Experience interacting with international clients/ customers is a plus.
Salary: 3-5 LPA+ Performance based incentives
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for advising students on academic matters, providing career counseling, guiding on course selections, and helping students achieve their educational goals. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, conducting workshops, and liaising with faculty and other staff to support student success.
Qualifications
- Skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
- Excellent Communication skills( mandatory as you'll interact with US clients)
- Background in Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Experience in academic counseling or education administration is a plus
- 6 months - 3 years of Sales experience( freshers with exceptional communication may apply)
- Highly ambitious, target driven, and immediate joiners preferred.
