Job Description

  • Lead the technical scope and execution of rotating equipment packages for onshore and offshore projects.
  • Manage engineering schedules, technical documentation, specifications, bills of materials, and contract deliverable.
  • Act as the primary technical interface for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and project functions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support proposal development, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, and operational activities.
  • Translate customer specifications and contract requirements into executable engineering deliverable.
  • Drive compliance with applicable engineering standards, certifications, and customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience within rotating equipment, turbo-machinery, compressors, turbines, or process industry applications.
  • Experience spanning engineering, project management, manufacturing, proposals, procurement, or package engineering environments.
  • Strong understanding of rotating equipment systems, gearboxes, couplings, and associated auxiliaries.
  • Exposure to PLM and engineering tools such as Teamcenter, NX, COMOS, E3, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP and engineering data management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage project stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project reviews, and site activities as required.
