Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical interface between Airbus and airline customers for IFE and connectivity systems.
- Provide timely and effective resolution of in-service technical issues related to IFE and connectivity systems.
- Analyze and respond to customer queries using Airbus technical documentation (AMM, TSM, IPC, MPD, CMM, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal design offices, suppliers, and program teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support Entry-Into-Service (EIS) activities, including on-site support and training for airline personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Avionics, or a related engineering field.
- 3–7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or customer support, with a strong focus on IFE and connectivity systems.
- Solid understanding of Airbus technical documentation: AMM, TSM, MPD, IPC, CMM, etc.
- Familiarity with Airbus in-service engineering and airworthiness processes.
- Experience in base maintenance or modification programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with IFE systems (e.g., Panasonic, Thales) and connectivity technologies (e.g., SATCOM GX system, GSM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
