As a Lead Product Analyst at PhysicsWallah, you'll be at the forefront of driving product decisions through data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the future of our product offerings. What you'll do:

- Lead initiatives to inform product strategy and decision-making

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to define key metrics and KPIs

- Design and implement data collection processes and reporting frameworks

- Provide actionable insights from A/B tests, user behaviour analysis, etc.

- Mentor and guide a growing team of junior product analysts

Key Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in analytics within e-commerce, gaming, or edtech, with at least 2 years in a senior analyst role

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and KPI development

- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights

- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally
