About the Role
Senior Product Manager – TASC will be responsible for driving the growth of the CASA (Current Account Savings Account) business within the TASC (Trust, Association, Society, Club) segment. This role involves close collaboration with the TASC team, branch network, and internal stakeholders to monitor business performance, study competitive offerings, and launch new products and programs for both existing and emerging segments. The role also includes working with the Retail CMS team to deliver effective collection solutions and ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the TASC team and branches to grow the CASA business across targeted segments.
- Monitor business performance and progress across segments, identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyze competitor offerings and recommend changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with the Retail CMS team to design and implement collection solutions for TASC clients.
- Launch new products and programs tailored to both existing and emerging customer segments.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Track and evaluate the performance of alliance partners and implemented solutions, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Suggest changes to improve business outcomes and achieve higher acquisition numbers.
- Prepare and share MIS reports on product performance with channel teams.
- Liaise with stakeholders such as CMS, Compliance, and Legal to introduce new processes and offerings.
- Provide relevant data and insights to support channel teams in driving business growth.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (Full time)
- Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM preferred.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management, retail banking, or CASA/TASC segment.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of CASA and TASC products and market dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in launching and managing banking products and programs.
- Fluent in English and excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with data and prepare performance reports for business reviews.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to retail banking.
