Role Description

Role Description
We are looking for a candidate should be a self-motivated person with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning. He will be working in processes across talent acquisition, core HR, L&D, compensation & benefits and performance management modules.
Role and responsibilities
Resource planning and allocation.
Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability, or project budget.
Determine company's capacity to meet the staffing requirement of projects.
Coordinate with internal functional heads to identify requirements clearly and in a detailed fashion.
Create regular reports and update internal databases.
Assist with HR process, such administration, compensation and benefit plans and staffing training.
Ensure proper documentation and end user training Coordination with internal teams for any clarification / requirement

Technical skills requirements
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in,
Good knowledge and understanding in HR and Finance field.
Proactive problem solver.
MS office like advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Management systems, and ERPs.
Relationship builder along with good team player
Verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-have skills
Knowledge of any ERP system.

Qualifications
7 to 10 years of work experience in business operations
Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ MBA) from a top-tier university
