Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to bring ideas to life through high-quality visual representations. The ideal candidate will have strong artistic and technical skills to create photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs. You will work closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to visualize concepts and finalize design presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, and animations for presentations and design proposals.
- Develop 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, or CAD files.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and product developers to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visuals.
- Optimize 3D models and rendering scenes for performance and realism.
- Maintain a consistent style and quality of output across projects.
- Research and stay updated on the latest visualization techniques, software, and trends.
- Create textures, materials, lighting setups, and environment simulations for realistic effects.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute creative input where necessary.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role.
- Proficient in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, or similar.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, AutoCAD, or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics and realism.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D work (renderings, animations, models, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Experience in VR/AR visualization or real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is a bonus.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
