Role Description

The 3D Exhibition/Event Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality 3D visuals, layouts, and designs for exhibitions, trade shows, events, and experiential installations. The role requires a strong blend of creativity, technical expertise, and knowledge of spatial design to deliver engaging and visually compelling event environments that align with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Create detailed 3D designs, renderings, and layouts for exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and brand activations.
• Collaborate with project managers, graphic designers, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, on-brand, and meet client requirements.
• Translate conceptual ideas into detailed 3D models using CAD and other 3D design software.
• Ensure accuracy of technical drawings and visual representations for fabrication and installation teams.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in exhibition design, materials, and technologies.
• Incorporate client feedback and make revisions to designs while maintaining project timelines.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the designs are executed as intended.
• Prepare visual presentations and walkthroughs for client approvals.
