. Analysis of new requirements (functional and technical)
. Interaction with customers for clarity of requirements/enhancements
. Architect, Design and develop solutions for the customer requirements
. Enhance solution scope of existing platform
. Follow mandated quality related process in project
. Ability to work independently and groom team members on technical competency areas
. Able to adapt to new technologies/frameworks
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
. Strong knowledge of Java / J2EE and enterprise application development
. Good working knowledge of architectural concepts and high level design experience
. Good knowledge in Spring MVC and Spring Boot Applications
. Good knowledge in working with SQL and No SQL Databases
. Good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
. Exposure to catering to non-functional requirements - performance, security
. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Desired Skills
. Exposure to Agile Methodology
. Basic Knowledge on ALM [Application Life cycle Management]
Additional Information
At least 8-10 years of overall development experience with 2 years experience on architecture and high level design
