As a Technical Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and partner teams to deliver world-class products. You will represent the team internally in various product and cross-functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity, and lead continuous agile development.

What You'll Do

. Wear multiple hats as TPM, EM, and Product to drive results.

. Champion execution, navigate ambiguity, and lead with clear prioritization and goals.

. Communicate program plans, status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

. Identify key technology solutions/services to define the team roadmap.

. Drive internal process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Skills That Will Help You Succeed

. 10 to 14 years of experience handling complex programs across multiple teams.

. Understanding of Software Development & Release Processes.

. Experience navigating ambiguity and building programs from scratch.

. Strong oral and written communication skills.

. Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize.

. Proven track record of driving impact for users & business.

. Desirable: Analytical skills and experience with tools like Tableau.
