Job Description

Manage end-to-end software implementation projects for clients post-sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a smooth integration process.
Provide training and support to clients for effective use of the software.
Document implementation processes and client feedback for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to address client-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Implementation Manager - Post Sales should have:
0-5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, data, startup operations, or related technical roles.
Comfortable with APIs, SQL, data systems, and enterprise tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on execution mindset.
Experience in client-facing delivery environments is advantageous.
Demonstrates ownership, reliability, and the ability to work directly with enterprise customers
