Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Lead coordination efforts to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in HPE NonStop.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Experience in stakeholder management and effective communication techniques.
Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports to support decision making.
Skilled in resource planning and allocation to optimize project delivery.
