About the Role – Director of People & Culture

We are seeking a dynamic HR leader to oversee and drive all People & Culture functions at Raffles Udaipur. The role partners closely with senior leadership to shape people strategy, foster an inclusive and engaging workplace culture, and lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compliance, and organizational growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day People & Culture operations and strategic HR initiatives

• Drive employee engagement, culture, leadership development, and talent retention

• Oversee recruitment, compensation & benefits, compliance, training, and HR analytics

• Partner with the Executive Committee on organizational development and workforce planning

• Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and HR best practices

• Manage HR budgeting, employee wellness, recognition, and performance programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a senior HR leadership role

• Strong expertise in HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and compliance

• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

• Hospitality or multinational experience is an advantage
