BigBoost AI is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead high impact Google Ads campaigns for B2C brands across the US and UK.

We are looking for an experienced agency professional who enjoys solving complex performance marketing challenges, working directly with international clients, and building campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

This is a 70% Individual Contributor and 30% Team Leadership role, offering the opportunity to own strategy, execution, client communication, and team development in a collaborative agency environment.

What You Will Do

Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns for B2C brands across the US and UK.
Build and execute Paid Search strategies focused on customer acquisition, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Launch, optimize, and scale Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns.
Own campaign planning, execution, optimization, budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, and reporting.
Write high performing Google Search ad copies aligned with user intent and conversion goals.
Perform keyword research, search intent mapping, audience planning, and account structuring.
Improve campaign performance through bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, landing page recommendations, and conversion optimization.
Monitor key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, Impression Share, Quality Score, and Auction Insights.
Build insightful reporting dashboards using Looker Studio while working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Google Ads Editor.
Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
Collaborate with creative, design, analytics, content, and development teams.
Present campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities confidently to international clients.
Mentor junior team members while contributing to knowledge sharing and quality reviews.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, AI capabilities, automation, and platform innovations.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 5 years of agency experience managing Paid Search campaigns.
Google Ads expertise is mandatory and should be your strongest advertising platform.
Proven experience managing B2C campaigns for clients in the US and UK.
Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
Hands on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to independently write effective Google Search ad copies.
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in attribution, bidding strategies, experimentation, and performance measurement.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client relationship skills.
Experience mentoring team members and coordinating campaign delivery.
Highly organised with strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Immediate joiners or professionals serving a short notice period will be preferred.
