Job Overview

Job Title: Sr. Accounts Executive

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–5 years

Education: B.Com / M.Com

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledgers and bank reconciliations.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor payments and invoicing.
Assist with GST filing, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of statutory filings.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime, MS Excel (including pivot tables & VLOOKUP), and standard ERP systems.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST regulations, and tax compliance.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
