We are looking for an Application Support Engineer who can troubleshoot and resolve issues in business-critical applications. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring applications run smoothly, identifying the root cause of problems, and working with different teams to improve system performance and reliability.

The candidate should be able to work independently and gradually become the go-to person (Subject Matter Expert) for the application.

Key Responsibilities

· Investigate and resolve application and software issues.

· Monitor and support critical business applications to ensure smooth operations.

· Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes where possible.

· Work closely with development, infrastructure, and other support teams to resolve issues.

· Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.

· Participate actively in team discussions and provide technical solutions.

· Identify opportunities to improve support processes and system performance.

· Communicate with stakeholders to understand business impact and prioritize support activities.

Required Skills

· Advanced IT Troubleshooting (Mandatory)

· Strong experience in application support and issue resolution.

· Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.

· Good documentation and communication skills.
