Our client, a European Multinational Corporation in the Manufacturing industry, are currently seeking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join their HR team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with stakeholders to attract and hire talent across a diverse range of business functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
Support recruitment across a variety of functions, including both corporate and business operations roles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage the offer process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment reports and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to support employee retention initiatives.
Contribute to HR projects, policy enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives as required.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience..
Experience supporting hiring within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or semiconductor environment will be an advantage.
Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and recruitment processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
