About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to drive the design, harmonization, and administration of benefits programs across multiple countries. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned to the global Total Rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Review and harmonize benefits programs across countries
Define global benefits policies, governance, and roadmap
Design and benchmark competitive benefits offerings
Manage day-to-day benefits administration and vendors
Lead renewals, negotiations, and cost optimization
Administer global bonus cycles (calculation, validation, payouts)
Ensure compliance with local regulations and tax frameworks
Analyze costs, trends, and provide reporting to stakeholders
Support communication and change initiatives

Requirements

3–5+ years in Compensation & Benefits / Benefits roles
Experience in international / multi-country environments
Strong analytical & numerical skills (Excel required)
Experience with benefits programs and variable compensation
Good knowledge of HRIS / payroll systems
Strong stakeholder management skills
Fluent English

Nice to have

French language
Experience with global benefits harmonization projects
