Job Summary

You will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts by developing strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and collaborating with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates aligned with business needs
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and define job specifications
Utilize diverse recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate records
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders
Ensure recruitment processes comply with Singapore employment laws and company policies
Build and sustain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to expand talent pipelines

Required competencies and certifications

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
