Senior Finance Executive – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

Role Overview

LetzBizz is seeking a diligent and experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions on behalf of our esteemed client. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of financial processes and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the Singapore time zone and possess a proven track record in managing financial transactions efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliation.
Oversee the full cycle of Accounts Payable, including vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling, and disbursement.
Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Prepare and analyse financial reports related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
Adhere to internal controls and financial policies.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Work collaboratively with other finance team members to achieve departmental goals.
Operate effectively within the Singapore time zone to meet client requirements.

Essential Skills And Experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Ability to work comfortably and effectively during Singapore time zone hours.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Demonstrated ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills And Experience

Experience working with Zoho Books accounting software.
Exposure to financial operations within global companies.

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
