Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
Strong expertise in IT service management processes and best practices.
Experience in designing and deploying IT operations solutions within enterprise environments.
Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering sustainable and scalable solutions.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
