Job Description

As an Associate Principal, you will play a crucial role in our team, working closely with functional experts to design and implement innovative SAP solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and ensuring the highest quality of technical deliverables. Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and customize SAP applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards and SAP development guidelines.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of SAP applications.
Document and maintain technical documentation, including code comments and design specifications.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our SAP landscape.
Provide pre-sales support, including solution demonstrations and technical proposal development.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
Ensure timely delivery of projects, manage resources effectively, and maintain strong communication with the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Dictionary, and SAP UI technologies.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and its core components is highly preferred.
Proficiency in SAP development tools such as ABAP Workbench, ADT, and SAP GUI.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams is an added advantage.
