Able to design and code using Go to enhance the availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of the systems

To conduct and participate in code and design reviews to achieve and maintain high development standards

Able to work with internal teams to explore and create new design/architectures for better scaling and performance of back-end services

To engage in full-stack performance tuning and optimization

The Successful Applicant

At least 5 years of working experience in back-end web development, mainly in Go language
Strong experience in MySQL, MongoDB and other relational/NoSQL databases
Strong experience in distributed systems design and architecture
Has experience working on front-end languages is an advantage
