The Assistant Brand Marketing Manager will work closely with our Head of Brand Marketing in driving Zouk Group's brand presence across its portfolio in nightlife and hospitality. This role is responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, developing compelling content strategies, overseeing creative excellence, strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial performance.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Act as a key support to the Head of Brand Marketing, helping to prioritise workstreams, solve problems and keep projects moving.
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with commercial objectives.
Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while adapting messaging for different concepts and audiences.
Oversee content strategy across digital platforms including social media, website, EDMs and other owned channels.
Provide guidance, support and constructive feedback to junior team members, fostering collaboration and accountability without direct reporting responsibilities.
Review and maintain the quality of creative assets to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Translate business objectives into clear creative briefs and collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and production partners to produce engaging marketing materials.
Work closely with Events, Entertainment, Operations, Partnerships, Sales and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and drive alignment across all.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, campaign effectiveness and team efficiency
Identify emerging trends within nightlife, entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle and digital culture.

Role Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, lifestyle or F&B industries.
Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing and brand management.
Experience managing multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
