Position Overview

We are looking for dedicated and dynamic individuals for the position of Assistant Professor/ Associate Professor of Law. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting impactful research, and contributing to the vibrant academic community at BITS Law School.

Focus Areas

We are currently inviting applications from candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Technology Law [Information Technology Law, Data Protection]
Family Law

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive course modules, leveraging innovative teaching methods (Socratic method, case studies, and experiential learning).
Maintain an active research profile, publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals
Contribute to curriculum development, student mentoring, and administrative committees.

Educational Qualifications

LLM from a prestigious Indian University or Foreign University.
Must have completed PhD in Law or be currently pursuing a PhD from a reputed institution.

Experience & Skills

Prior teaching experience or significant practice experience in the relevant field (Litigation, Law Firms, or Research) is highly preferred.
