Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
Assist in the implementation of system updates and enhancements to improve performance and stability.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in E2Open Global Trade Management.
Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues in enterprise software environments.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
